Basic Eligibility Criteria and application process:  

• Experience is not important; we are looking for game changing ideas for big and meaningful problems.
• The people in the founding team are very important to us; we look for brains, passions, motivation and smarts. The team must need to evolve on a dime.
• We invest mostly in media, technology, entertainment, software and Web services.
• If you meet the above criteria, please e-mail the application to octca@seedtrack.org
• We will notify you our decision within 7 days. If your application is accepted, you will be invited to our regular OC SeedTrack screening session to present your ideas.
• If we like your idea, a lead within the OC SeedTrack team will dig deeper into the opportunity and conduct timely due diligence. This entire process will take around 30 days and an investment decision will be made.
• If we decide to partner with you, we will invest up to $100,000 and provide highly experienced interim senior executive leadership and extensive services to assist you to turn your dream into a sustainable and successful business including:
  • One or two TCA members will take interim C-level or board roles to perfect your business plan and assist in its execution.
  • Legal services including incorporation and intellectual property work ( one trademark and one provisional patent application)
  • Website design and development
  • Awareness and press coverage
  • Accounting service
  • Help to secure further TCA or VC investment if and when needed
